4 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services on pk6816, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information. The following conditions apply to registration and the ongoing maintenance of your Account:

1. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Document Authenticity: All documents submitted for KYC purposes must be genuine, unaltered and belong to you. Submission of forged, altered or borrowed documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Profile Updates: You must promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes. Failure to maintain accurate details may affect your ability to withdraw funds.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the pk6816 Platform, you agree to comply with the following conditions of use on a continuous basis:

6 Deposits & Payments

The following terms govern all deposit transactions made to your pk6816 Account:

1. Accepted Currency: Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform's live cashier reflects the current available deposit methods at any given time. 11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk6816 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate Accounts and to forfeit Balances where prohibited conduct is identified:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Submitting altered, forged or borrowed identity documents;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud or other unlawful sources;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate financial crime;
• Exploiting errors, vulnerabilities, glitches or software malfunctions for financial gain;
• Using automated systems, bots or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in coordinated or collusive betting across multiple Accounts;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or event on which a wager has been placed;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is expressly prohibited by applicable law, where pk6816 has implemented technical access restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other Users through any support or communication channel.

12 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the pk6816 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, databases, game content, odds data and marketing materials — are owned by or licensed to pk6816. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property right to the User.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit the User to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pk6816.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk6816 expressly excludes all liability for the following:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity, including but not limited to losses sustained through betting, casino play or participation in promotional offers;
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind, even if pk6816 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party outages or force majeure events;
• Loss, corruption or unauthorised access to User data caused by circumstances beyond pk6816's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by third-party payment providers in connection with deposit or withdrawal processing;
• Any loss arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms, applicable law or the Platform's responsible gambling guidelines.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk6816's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

pk6816 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts may be subject to applicable dormancy terms as published);
• Receipt of a credible legal or regulatory instruction requiring Account suspension;
• Self-exclusion request by the Account holder.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated for reasons other than User breach or fraud, pk6816 will take reasonable steps to return any verified real-money Balance after deducting any applicable outstanding obligations. Balances associated with unmet wagering requirements or disputed activity may be withheld pending investigation.

Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests may be subject to identity verification before processing.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pk6816 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pk6816 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users through appropriate communication channels (such as email notification or an in-Platform notice) at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate change is required by law or regulatory obligation.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk6816 holds its relevant operating license. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
